I am Heather Mckay ( Bob + I share E mail addresses) .I visited Kate this year to have a "mole" treated on my back. Kate is very knowledeable and friendly. She made me feel at ease and each appointment was like going to see a friend. If I have any more skin problems that I am worried about, I will definately see kate again. She persevered " zapping" the offending" mole", until it had gone, I am sorry not to have to see her again!
